Job Description
Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Med Surg/Telemetry RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Hartford, Connecticut. The position offers 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, and starts immediately.
Requirements
- One year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) Certification
- NICHSS certification (preferred)
- ACLS (AHA / ARC) certification (preferred)

- Strong clinical skills in med-surg and telemetry nursing

Essential Work Functions
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' conditions
- Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment
- Document patient information in the medical record

- Manage multiple patients efficiently
- Advocate for patients' needs and preferences
- Facilitate discharge planning
- Adhere to safety protocols and infection control guidelines
