Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg / Telemetry - $1,925 per week

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Med Surg / Telemetry assignment in Onancock, Virginia.

About the role

We’re looking for a Med Surg / Telemetry Registered Nurse for a 13-week hospital contract. This role offers the opportunity to provide bedside nursing care in a 36-bed unit, supporting telemetry and surgical patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care to telemetry/surgical patients.
• Monitor patient vital signs and detect abnormal changes promptly.
• Document patient assessments and care plans accurately using the EPIC system.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Assist in patient preparation and recovery during shifts.

Requirements

• BLS certification.
• 2 years of current experience in Telemetry.
• EPIC system proficiency required.

Pay

Pay range: $2,036.53 – $2,138.36 per week.

Schedule

• 12-hour night shifts (19:00 – 07:00).
• 4 shifts per week (36 hours total).
• Contract length: 13 weeks.
