Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg / Telemetry - $1,806 per week

About the role

Average weekly pay is $4,500 - $5,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients in a Med Surg / Telemetry unit.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to healthcare team.
• Document patient care activities and medical history accurately.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in North Carolina.
• Current BLS certification from an American Heart Association-approved course.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of acute care experience preferred.
• Experience with telemetry monitoring systems desirable.
