About the role
Average workload, 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients in a Med-Surg or Telemetry unit.
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient vitals and report changes to healthcare team.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure patient care coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Georgia.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience in Med-Surg or Telemetry preferred.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills.
Skills
- Proficient in electronic health records (EHR).
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
Pay
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
