Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg

About the role

We are seeking a Travel Nurse RN in Med Surg responsible for patient care coordination, including immunosuppression monitoring, prophylactic antibiotic management, and organ rejection surveillance.

Responsibilities

• Managing patients with heart transplants
• Monitoring for infection and rejection
• Providing routine patient assessments
• Focus on patient monitoring and care coordination

Requirements

• California RN license
• AHA BLS certification
• At least 1 year of ambulatory care experience

Qualifications

• Cardiac nursing with expertise in managing Heart Failure and Heart Transplant recipients
• Ability to float to other facilities

Skills

• Experience with other organ transplants
• Phoenix experience
• Knowledge of immunosuppressive therapies
