Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $2,540 per week

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Devils Lake, North Dakota. Start date: 12/07/2026. Duration: 10 weeks (also described as a 13‑week assignment). Employment type: Travel. Position: Registered Nurse (RN), Specialty: Medical Surgical Floor (MS).

Responsibilities

• Perform daily patient rounds
• Develop and evaluate individual care plans
• Assess patient conditions
• Execute emergency measures when needed
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care
• Provide patient education
• Contribute to discharge planning to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse license from the North Dakota Board of Nursing or a compact state agreement
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from the American Heart Association
• Prior experience of at least 1 year in a Medical Surgical setting

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shift: 8 hours; Hours: minimum of 40 hours per week; Schedule: rotating shifts (3×12 hours night/day rotation).
