Schedule

Responsibilities

• Provide Med/Surg nursing care in an Infectious Disease clinic adjacent to the main facility
• Apply experience in infectious disease and/or case management

Requirements

• Active Illinois RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum of 3 years of RN experience
• No candidates residing within a 50-mile radius of Rockford, IL
