About the role

Travel RN Telemetry position at Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital in Virginia Beach, VA. The facility is a Magnet-recognized acute care hospital and the region’s only Level III trauma center, offering advanced heart and vascular services, neuroscience, orthopedics, cancer care, and behavioral health. Nurse-to-patient ratios are 1:6.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse in a telemetry unit.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of telemetry experience within the last 3 years.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Compliance with Artificial Nail Policy.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is recommended.

Qualifications

• Compact RN License (preferred, in-hand).
• Previous travel experience (preferred).
• EPIC EMR experience (preferred).

Pay

Pay Rate: $2,353.00 - $2,474.00 per week. Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
