Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $2,392 per week

About the role

Join our team as a dedicated Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse in Utica, New York. This travel nursing opportunity requires a commitment of 36 guaranteed hours per week, with night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM. Floating may be required, and the dress code is navy blue scrubs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional care to adult patients
• Engage in post-surgical care for cases such as abdominal pain, fractures, and bariatric surgery
• Work with specialty equipment like IV pumps, N/G tubes, and feeding tubes

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in medical-surgical nursing
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR
• Current AHA BLS certification
