• Day Shift staff: 1 Clinical Coordinator, 6 RNs, 3 techs, 1 unit secretary
• Night Shift staff: 1 Clinical Coordinator, 6 RNs, 2 techs
• Patient Ratio: 1:6
• Equipment: Baxter IV pumps, Medfusion pumps, SCDs
• EMR: Meditech

Skill Set

• Must have BLS certification
• Familiar with post‑operative patients
• Competent with dressing changes, wound care, and drain management
