Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $2,312 per week

Schedule
- 36 hours per week
- 3×12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience
- ASN from an accredited School of Nursing
- Active Colorado Single-State or Compact RN License
- BLS (AHA) certification
- ACLS (AHA) certification
- NIHSS certification
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg Float Pool
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Monitor patient health status and treatment plans
- Provide patient education and counseling
- Administer treatments and perform delegated medical functions
- Refer patients for additional evaluation or treatment when needed
- Maintain accurate documentation according to hospital and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with healthcare teams and utilize available resources effectively
- May float to other departments within scope of competency based on facility needs
- May be required to take call during a regularly scheduled shift
