Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with medical/surgical protocols
• Assess patient needs and develop care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings

Requirements

• 2+ years Med/Surg RN experience
• Current NJ or Compact RN license
• BLS and ACLS certification required (American Heart Association only)

Qualifications

• NJ residency or eligible for NJ compact
• Passing score on the NCLEX-RN within 2 years of hire
