Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $2,300 per week

About the role

Medical Surgical (MS) Nurse Inpatient Surgical Night Shift Location Not Specified. This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to surgical patients within a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. The position requires experience with neuro, joint replacements, and critical care protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients with neuro procedures, joint replacements, and abdominal surgeries.
• Demonstrate total joint experience, understanding of PCA pumps, reversal drugs (narcan), sepsis management, and TPN/Lipids administration.
• Experience with titratable infusions, interpreting telemonitor strips, and collaborating with nurse aides and support staff.
• Complete a 12‑hour orientation shift on the day of hire for procedures and computer modules.

Requirements

• Current RN license.
• BLS (American Heart Association) certification.
• NIHSS certification.
• Minimum 2 years of medical‑surgical nursing experience.
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system.

Schedule

Night shift, 12‑hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
