Unit Details
- # of beds: 30
- Ratios: 1:6/7 (may increase to 1:7)
- Required Certifications: BLS, NIHSS
- Common diagnoses/types of patients: CHF, COPD, cellulitis, R/O, chole, appe, pneumonia, urosepsis, AKI
- Charge Nurse: One charge RN on the floor with assignment
- Nurse aides on unit: PCTs on the unit
- RT equipment: No vent, intermittent BIPAP
- Telemetry: Yes, monitored remotely by monitor techs
- Floating Requirements: As needed based on census; external traveler first to float
- Scrub Color: Navy Blue
Licensing and Compliance
- 36-hour rule — ALL SUBMISSIONS MUST INCLUDE A COPY OF CANDIDATE'S UNEXPIRED DRIVER'S LICENSE
- LICENSING HITS MUST BE DISCLOSED AT TIME OF SUBMISSION
