Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $2,236 per week

About the role

Coast Medical Service is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a 13-week assignment starting on August 17, 2026, in Urbana, Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients in a Med Surg setting.
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
• Perform patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Illinois.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Experience in Med Surg preferred but not required.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
