Requirements
- Minimum 24 months of recent MS/Medical Surgical experience in a hospital or medical center setting required (experience must cover general, gyn, breast, abdominal, flaps, and ENT care)
- Recent/current Level II trauma experience required (Level I trauma preferred)
- Prior travel experience strictly required (no first-time travelers; must have completed a travel contract in the past 24 months)
- Active Iowa license or compact/multistate license via Nursys and AHA or ARC BLS required in hand at submission
- Compliance & Submission Rules: Strict no-local policy (>50 miles from facility based on driver's license); employee separation policy applies for past UPH FTE/PRN staff within 12 months
