Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $2,165 per week
About the role
This Medical Surgical Floor Registered Nurse position is based in North Sioux City, South Dakota. The role involves assessing, planning, and providing direct clinical care to patients on a traditional evening shift. The nurse will also oversee staff responsibilities, support the facility’s chief nursing officer to ensure high-quality and safe patient care, and manage clinical resources effectively.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis.
- Supervise staff to whom appropriate care is delegated.
- Support the facility chief nursing officer to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
- Manage clinical resources related to patient care.
Requirements
- Valid registered nurse license.
- BLS certification.
- Current clinical experience in medical surgical nursing.
- Location in or willingness to work in North Sioux City, South Dakota.
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or TNCC.
Schedule
- Evening shift, 12 hours per shift.
- Minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Duration: 13 weeks.
- Start Date: 09/07/2026.
