Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $2,160 per week

About the role

Medical Surgical Floor Nurse, MS (Specialty: Med Surg, Discipline: RN). The healthcare provider is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for night shifts at a medical surgical unit. This role involves caring for post-surgical patients, including orthopedic and general surgery cases, with an emphasis on neuro populations. The position requires independent practice and the ability to deliver routine and complex patient care. The assignment starts 10/26/2026, lasts 13 weeks, and is a travel position.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Administer medications and treatments using appropriate protocols, monitor for side effects, and document patient information.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers, and address their psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs.

Requirements

• BLS certification via AHA
• RN license in the state of employment or within a compact state
• Willingness to float
• Minimum 0 years experience in a similar clinical setting

Schedule

Nights, 7 PM – 7 AM, 12‑hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
