Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $2,160 per week

About the role

Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a 12-week assignment starting August 10, 2026, at a 277-bed hospital in West Allis, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Every other weekend rotation required
• Every other major holiday expected
• No on-call responsibilities
• 6-week schedule cycle
• Minimum 2 years of RN Medical/Surgical experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Care for all Med/Surg patient types
• Required skills include: tracheostomy care, chest tubes, reading and interpreting cardiac rhythm strips, Lasix drips, Insulin drips, Heparin drips, and wound vacs
• Required certifications: BLS, NIHSS
• ACLS preferred
• EMR experience with EPIC required
• IV pump experience with Alaris required
• Medications dispensed via Pyxis
• May float to any Medical/Surgical unit with assignment given by House Supervisor
• 1-shift orientation provided
• Scrub color: any solid color, no logos
• Free parking available

Qualifications
