About the role
A travel nurse RN Med Surg position is available in Lafayette, Louisiana.
Responsibilities
- Provide care in a Med Surg setting
- Work 36 hours per week on a 12-hour shift, nights
- Must live 65+ miles from the facility
- Must not have worked for any Ochsner facility in the last year
Requirements
- Registered nurse diploma or preferred - Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing
- 2+ years of nursing experience
- Current RN license in state of practice
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from the American Heart Association
- PREFERRED: Certification in clinical specialty area
Qualifications
Must live 65+ miles from the facility. Must not have been employed by any Ochsner facility within the past year.
