About the role
HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a 13-week assignment in Marquette, Michigan.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and competent nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on medical needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care delivery.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- One year of relevant clinical experience preferred.
- Experience in Med Surg setting preferred.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems and electronic health records.
