About the role
Travel contract position at Baptist Health Brookwood Hospital in Birmingham, AL. Both day and night shifts available on a 3x12 schedule (36 hours per week). Weekend requirement: every other weekend. EMR system: Cerner.
Responsibilities
- Provide acute care for Med/Surg patients with a focus on Orthopedic, Cardiac, and Neuro specialties.
- Manage post-operative surgical patients.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent Acute Care Med/Surg experience.
- Orthopedic, Cardiac, and Neuro experience required.
- Post-operative surgical patient experience required.
Qualifications
- BLS (AHA) certification.
- NIHSS certification.
Pay
Weekly gross pay: $2,126 (includes $1,442 stipend and $684 W2 earnings).
