Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $2,064 per week

About the role

A great hospital in NJ is looking for some help in their M/S Unit. They are in need of a traveling M/S nurse to work 12 hour shifts on this 13 week assignment. Shift is nights starting ASAP. RN will need BLS and NJ license.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with medical orders and established policies and procedures
• Assess patients’ physical, psychological, social, spiritual, and developmental needs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Document patient progress and responses to treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
• Perform basic life support (BLS)

Requirements

• BLS certification
• NJ license

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Experience in Med Surg preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights
