About the role
NuWest Travel Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a 13-week assignment in Manhattan, Kansas.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients in a Med Surg setting
- Work 36 hours per week on a 12-hour shift schedule
- Work at a reputable facility in Manhattan, KS
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing
- At least one year of Med Surg experience
- Passing scores on relevant NCLEX exams
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with patient care documentation
Skills
- Proficient in electronic health records (EHR)
- Knowledgeable in Med Surg protocols and procedures
