Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $2,050 per week

Job Summary

Certified Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical (MS) nursing in Farmington, New Mexico. This position involves providing high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients within a Nephrology unit, an extension of the Medical Surgical department. The role offers an opportunity to work in a renowned facility serving the Four Corners region, with a focus on patients requiring treatments such as ESRD, Peritoneal Dialysis, and Hemodialysis.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license
• BLS certification (must be AHA)
• At least 1 year of nursing experience
• ADN degree required

Preferred Qualifications

• Charge Nurse experience
• Nephrology experience
• Experience in Med/Surg/Nephrology units preferred

Additional Information

• The unit has 24 beds with patient ratios of 1:4 to 1:6
• Equipped with VS machines, bladder scanners, lifts, thermal imaging, and IV pumps/tubes
• The Electronic Health Record system used is Cerner
• The position is located at 801 WEST MAPLE STREET, FARMINGTON, NM 87401

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
