VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a hospital contract in Lynchburg, Virginia. The position will start on September 21, 2026, last for 16 weeks, and work 36 hours per week on a 12-hour shift.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in a hospital setting with a focus on medical-surgical units.
- Adhere to facility policies including scrubs compliance and professional appearance.
- Follow biweekly orientation schedule on Mondays.
- Support a child-friendly environment with appropriate attire and conduct.
- Maintain certification and licensure standards, including RN license verification.
Requirements
- Will consider candidates with pending certifications.
- BLS required; ACLS preferred; 2 years MS experience required.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical-surgical nursing and be ready to start immediately. No relocation assistance is provided.
Skills
While not required, candidates with additional skills such as pediatric care experience may be considered favorably.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $1961.04 - $2059.09 per week, subject to confirmation.
Schedule
The schedule for this position is 18:45 - 07:15, with a 12-hour shift.
