Major services include the Heart & Vascular Institute, Cancer Center, Brain & Spine Center, Rehabilitation Center, Behavioral Health, Digestive Health, Bariatric Medicine & Weight Management Center, and Women's Health, Family Birthing, and Pediatrics Center. The hospital also offers premier imaging, surgery, and laboratory services and is home to the UP Telehealth Network, a leading telehealth network in the nation. Additionally, we serve many communities in the Upper Peninsula with 42 primary and specialty care clinics.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical patients in a 307-bed specialty care hospital.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of over 200 doctors and 1,800 employees.
- Deliver patient care across a broad range of specialties and subspecialties.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan (RN-MI).
- ACLS certification.
- Valid Social Security Number (SSN) and Date of Birth (DOB) required for compliance.
Location
Marquette, Michigan, is situated adjacent to Lake Superior, offering natural beauty and rich cultural history. As a port town and home to Northern Michigan University, it features local businesses, restaurants, and recreational activities. The area hosts Division I hockey, the Hiawatha Music Festival, and other annual events.
Pay
Pay rate: $1,981.00 - $2,082.00 per week (based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week, subject to confirmation). Includes tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
