Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical-surgical nursing care to patients according to established protocols.
• Monitor patient conditions and administer treatments as prescribed.
• Perform charge nurse duties, including patient management and team coordination.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, including certification requirements such as BLS and ACLS.
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in electronic health records.
