Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $1,967 per week

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Med Surg position in Thornton, Colorado.

About the Role

This is a travel nursing opportunity in a hospital setting, focusing on Med Surg. The contract length is 13 weeks with a 36-hour work week and 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for post-op surgical patients on a Med/Surg unit.
• Manage cardiac drips such as amiodarone, diltiazem, and heparin.
• Collaborate with a high-energy team to ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Follow unit policies and guidelines, including remote telemetry and Meditech EMR protocols.
• Support the unit’s dynamic environment by maintaining high energy and adaptability.

Requirements

• 1-year current Med/Surg RN acute care experience.
• BLS certification.

Pay

Pay range: $2,081.61 - $2,185.69 per week, based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation). Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

• Shift: 07:00 - 19:00
• Start Date: 09/14/2026
• Duration: 12 weeks (13-week contract)
