• Number of Beds - 16
• Number of Staff - 20
• Type of staff:
  • Day Shift - (1 Charge 1-2 other RNs)
  • Night Shift - (1 Point person 1-2 other RNs)
  • 1 LPN each shift if full at 15/16 patients
  • 1 PCT each shift if full at 15/16 patients
  • No PIC
• Type of equipment: Welch Allen's
• Documentation system: EMR - Meditech
• Scheduling requirements: 3 12 hour shifts- rotating every 3rd weekend
• Floating policy: any medical floor
• Patient Experience requirements: rehab documentation knowledge is preferred

Hospital Specifics

• Certifications: Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Must have :
  • BLS
  • Advanced skills needed:
    • ACLS or PALS
    • Basic Dysthymia class
• Procedures performed on unit: Post stroke patients, Surgical patients (neuro or ortho), Medical patients that need increased therapy
• Certifications Required: preferred CRRN certification

Dress Code

(Required uniform) Scrub Color/Attire - Royal blue top and bottom and/or could have black scrub bottoms
