Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $1,855 per week

About the Role

ARMStaffing is seeking a Med Surg Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel contract position at a 60-bed post-acute inpatient care hospital in Tinton Falls, New Jersey. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to provide quality patient care while working effectively in a team environment.

Schedule

Three 12-hour shifts per week from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM, including every other weekend and holidays as per hospital discretion. A 30-minute lunch break is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and monitoring vital signs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and postoperative care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and care provided.

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Previous experience in Med Surg nursing preferred.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
