Responsibilities
Provide care to patients in a Med Surg setting under the supervision of a licensed physician.
Assess patient conditions, develop and implement treatment plans, and monitor patient progress.
Document patient care activities and medical history accurately and timely.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- BLS certification required
- Current RN license in good standing in state of practice
- At least one year of recent relevant clinical experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN exam
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR)
Pay
$18-20 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
12-hour shifts, days.
