Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $1,840 per week

About the role

Medical Surgical Floor RN in Versailles, KY. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care on a medical/surgical unit with a geriatric mix, including subacute rehabilitation. The position requires delivering patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment for adult patients with a variety of diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Registered Nurse (RN) working on a Medical Surgical (MS) unit with swing beds, serving adult and geriatric patients
• Provide nursing care in a critical access hospital providing inpatient, surgical, emergency, and diagnostic services

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure in Kentucky
• ACLS certification
• BLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience

Schedule

• Night shift, 12-hour shifts
• Minimum of 36 hours per week

Additional information

• Unit has 16 beds for Medical Surgical patients and 2 for Adult Critical Care/Step-Down
• Patient ratio approximately 6:1
• Hospital electronic health records maintained using Medhost

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in acute care and some rehab settings
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional environment
