About the role
This position involves providing compassionate and professional patient care within a Medical Surgical setting at a healthcare facility. The role requires utilizing nursing processes to deliver safe, effective care while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Provides patient care on a Medical Surgical floor utilizing electronic medical records (EMR), specifically EPIC.
- Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of care given by other caregivers.
- Coordinates patient care with multiple departments.
- Maintains professional accountability and confidentiality.
- Adheres to the organization's mission, values, and Service Standards.
Qualifications
- BLS certification
- Oklahoma registered nurse license
- At least 2 years of experience
- Ability to float as needed
Schedule
Day shift, 3 days per week, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
