Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care to orthopedic and medical surgical patients
• Manage a patient load efficiently in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Follow unit policies and dress code, maintaining professional standards
• Float to inpatient units, CCU, and ED to assist with patient care as needed
