Fusion Medical Staffing is recruiting a Med Surg RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Herrin, Illinois. The position offers 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, and a 12-hour shift differential.

Required Qualifications
- One year of recent Med Surg RN experience
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) Certification
Preferred Qualifications
- NIHSS certification
- ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification
Essential Work Functions
- Explain procedures and treatments to patients and families
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ conditions
- Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment
- Document comprehensive patient information
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Manage multiple patients efficiently
- Advocate for patients’ needs
- Perform other duties as assigned
