Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in a medical-surgical setting with a focus on neuro patients.
• Perform neuro assessments and utilize Meditech electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee or a compact state.
• At least 1 year of recent medical-surgical experience.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• SSN and date of birth required for onboarding.
• Work history should not have more than a 90-day gap in the last year.
• Must pass ECG testing during onboarding.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Meditech EMR systems.
• Strong neuro assessment skills.
