Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $1,785 per week

Job Summary

This role involves providing compassionate patient care within a 17-bed critical access hospital unit. The successful candidate will support inpatient, observation, and swing bed services in a team-oriented environment, with a focus on patient populations aged 18 and older, primarily 65 and above.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.

Required Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• At least 2+ years of nursing experience
• Certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PICC/CVC management and wound care

Float

• Float rotation may be required between Swain County Hospital and Harris Regional on Medical-Surgical or equivalent nursing experience.

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
