Requirements

  • SC license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start
  • Certifications: BLS

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care in a hospital setting to adult patients on Medical-Surgical units
  • Monitor patient vital signs and administer medications as prescribed
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to assess patient needs and implement care plans
  • Document patient information accurately in Epic electronic charting system
  • Respond to rapid response calls and assist with emergency situations
