Requirements
- Active New Mexico RN license
- Degree from an accredited nursing program
- At least one year of recent medical-surgical nursing experience
- Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems (recommended)
- Strong skills in patient assessment, medication administration, wound care, and care plan development
- The ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively with patients and families
