Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $1,686 per week

About the role
This is a 13-week travel contract position for a Registered Nurse (RN) on the PM shift (18:45 to 07:15). The schedule consists of 3 × 12-hour shifts per week, totaling 36 hours.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and monitor patient vitals.
- Provide comprehensive patient care and perform patient assessments.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families about health management and treatment plans.
Requirements
- Current and valid RN license.
- Experience in a clinical healthcare environment preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
