Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $1,556 per week

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN for a 12-week assignment in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

About the role

This is a travel nursing position in a hospital setting, focusing on Medical-Surgical care. The role involves a 12-hour shift from 07:00 to 19:00, with 36 hours worked per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a Medical-Surgical unit at Parkridge Medical Center.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Document patient assessments and interventions using the Meditech system.
• Adhere to hospital policies and unit guidelines, including safety protocols and documentation standards.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• Medical-Surgical experience, including respiratory diseases/illnesses, renal disease, GI illnesses/diseases, telemetry, central venous catheters (CVCs), indwelling catheters, and heparin gtts.
• BLS certification.
• Strong teamwork, compassion, collaboration, and communication skills.

Pay

Pay range: $1,646.51 - $1,728.84 per week, based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation). Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
