Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $1,474 per week

About the role

Yuma Rehabilitation Hospital, an affiliation of Encompass Health and Yuma Regional Medical Center, offers inpatient rehabilitation for stroke, brain injury, hip fracture and other complex neurological and orthopedic conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary team members.
• Perform basic life support and advanced cardiac life support skills as needed.

Requirements

• Current Arizona RN license.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• At least one year of recent relevant clinical experience.
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN).
• Experience in Medical-Surgical setting.

$1429.00 - $1518.00 per shift.
