Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in accordance with medical/surgical standards and protocols.
- Assess patients' needs and develop treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare team members.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and regulations.
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing.
- BLS certification required.
- Previous experience in medical surgical nursing preferred.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills.
