About the role
The organization is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical (MS) for a travel assignment in the general Dallas area. This position involves providing comprehensive patient care within a medical-surgical unit, focusing on supporting patient recovery and well-being during a specified contract period.
Schedule
- Nights shift, 12 hours per shift
- Minimum 36 hours per week
- Assignment begins 09/22/2026 and concludes 12/22/2026
- Float rotation may be required
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care in a medical-surgical unit
- Adhere to healthcare provider policies and procedures, including SOPs and safety protocols
- Demonstrate strong clinical skills in patient assessment, care planning, and documentation
Requirements
- Valid RN license
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- At least 1 year of clinical experience in a medical-surgical setting
- Current BLS certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional certifications such as ACLS or PALS
