Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a travel nurse RN Manager, Long Term Care for a 13-week assignment in Lakota, North Dakota.

Responsibilities

• Manage nursing staff and ensure patient care quality
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Assess patient needs and adjust care plans accordingly
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies
• Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in North Dakota
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an RN in long-term care settings
• Experience managing nursing staff and developing care plans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Passport required for international travel
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Schedule
