Travel Nurse RN - Long Term Care (LTC) Long Term Care - $2,145 per week

About the role

Long Term Care (LTC) registered nurse position in Aspirus Medford Care and Rehab. This role involves providing skilled nursing care within a long-term care setting, including short-term and comprehensive residential units. The position requires strong medication administration skills and previous experience in a skilled nursing environment. RN with experience in skilled nursing facilities, including long-term and short-term care units. The role involves working 8-hour shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care within a long-term care setting, including short-term and comprehensive residential units.
• Administer medications accurately.
• Float to various units as needed, including short-term, long-term, and CBRF units.
• Participate in holiday rotation and provide on-call coverage for low census hours, with call‑back pay applicable.
• During flu season, unvaccinated staff must wear masks at all times per policy.
• Maintain clean, work‑appropriate scrubs.

Requirements

• Valid Wisconsin RN license.
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support certification.
• Associate degree or certificate.
• 2+ years of previous long‑term care experience.
• Ability to float to short‑term, long‑term, and CBRF units.
