Role & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care in a long-term care setting, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and well-being.
- Deliver quality care aligned with facility standards and maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
- Adept to night shift duties, working 3 days of 12-hour shifts.
Qualifications & Skills
- Must possess ACLS, BLS, and RN Pharmacology certification.
- Complete Core Mandatory Exams I, II (Nursing), and III, and demonstrate LTC RN skills.
- Attain Florida Education Attestation.
- Previous experience in long-term care is preferred.
Key Duties
- Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Maintain professional standards and participate in team communication to support patient health.
