Seeking a travel nurse RN for a position in Long Term Care in Sister Bay, Wisconsin.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a long-term care setting.
- Assist with daily living activities as needed.
- Monitor patient health and report changes to healthcare providers.
- Administer medications as prescribed.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Wisconsin.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience in long-term care preferred.
