Travel Nurse RN - Long Term Care - $2,310 per week

Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Long Term Care position in Hayward, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
• Assist with daily living activities as needed.
• Document resident care in accordance with facility policies and regulations.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care plans.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Wisconsin.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and nights.

Qualifications

• Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN exam.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Skills

• Effective problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of long-term care protocols and procedures.
